Happy 2022 to all of you who are part of the 4 Seasons Wellness Family.

It is a New Year and I think we are all ready for some change for the better.  I think we have all gained a new perspective on what is truly important in our lives and to our health and wellness. If you are like me, you may be rethinking what it is that will bring you joy and happiness in your life. These continue to be trying times and we need to think about how best to achieve our optimal health, wellness and happiness.   I think it may be time to think about a COVID reboot.  I would love to have an opportunity to discuss a plan to optimize your best self and to help you to achieve health and happiness in the New Year!!

Also, I would like to let you know that High Mountain Hall has been sold and our office has moved.

We are now located at 1112 Commercial St in Rockport.  It is on Route 1 very close to the Rockport/Rockland line.  If you are traveling South on Route 1 it is on the left after Hoyt’s eye care.  We do have a temporary Midcoast Medicine and Wellness sign that is up, my sign is still in the works.
